About the event
This is an amazing opportunity to experience a Cacao Ceremony and be led through a beautiful heart opening ritual. This event is the last in the series of our Free Summer Selkie events and is the perfect way to spend the evening connecting back to yourself and finding new connections with other women.
Rhona Coogan will gently guide us through the ritual celebration, allowing us to feel held and nourished by the cacao and help us find deep relaxation.
The Selkie Collective will provide all the yoga mats, bolsters and blankets so you don't need to worry about having to bring anything. Warm, comfortable and stretchy clothing is recommended.
This event has limited spaces so please book a spot to guarantee your place. We also have the option to pay a little if you can, the money helps us to continue holding similar events.
