This is a Free group to allow mother's with children aged 0-4yrs a flexible child-friendly space that allows mums some focused time on them.
Instructors will guide you through some gentle movement each week, other activities will include dance, art, reflexology and more.
There will be child-care support to help mums enjoy the time at the session.
