About the event
This is a full day retreat to allow yourself to fully explore wellbeing for yourself from a holistic perspective. When women come together in a supportive environment, with no judgement amazing things can happen!
The day will begin with movement in nature with Yaz from Wilderness Fit, taking you from woodland to shoreline exploring how you can use different environments to have fun, move your body and feel the natural world around you. This is followed by a quick dip in the sea to freshen up, before we head for our Fermented Feast Lunch.
Hannah from Gut Feelings Kombucha will guide you through the ferments she made for the lunch and after give a gut health talk, empowering you with knowledge on how to ferment at home and why it's so good for your overall wellbeing.
To end the day perfectly, Sarah from Wilder Moons will guide you through some breathwork and yoga, leaving you on an absolute high from a full holistic retreat day.
Throughout the day The Selkie Collective will be providing organic herbal teas, homemade snacks and to top it all off we send you home with a little goodie bag from The Selkie Collective. Which will enable you to continue your day of care for yourself at home!

A life-long student of embodied movement and healing modalities, Sarah brings her varied studies in yoga, tantra and somatic-based practices into the classes, workshops and 1:1 sessions that she offers. She creates spaces to be fully present, to feel deeply and to bring a sense of playfulness and curiosity to our minds, emotions and physical bodies. With a passion for the environment and being outdoors, Sarah's classes are inspired by nature, whether inside, cosied up by the fire, or outside in the Scottish, woods and water.
A fun outdoor workout to immerse yourself in the rugged Scottish landscape and move your body in a positive way. Full body workout tailored to all fitness levels using the natural landscape as inspiration. It’s a creative circuit that will leave you feeling energised and open to new ways of working out.
Is a registered Nutritional Therapist based in Moray, Scotland specialising in Gut Health. With a food first approach and an understanding of our biochemical individuality, Hannah aims to empower people to support their health in an enjoyable and realistic manner.
As a chef for many years, I have always had a passion for food. The interest in cooking shifted to a fascination for the functionality of nutrients within food after experiencing the disappearance of long-standing acne due to a change in my diet.
My passion for gut health started after learning the wonders of brewing Kombucha. Through this, I am continuously learning the complexities of the gut microbiome and the impact that fermented produce can have on our systems.
I find fermentation and gut health absolutely fascinating and I am so passionate about sharing this knowledge far and wide by offering group workshops and nutritional presentations across Scotland.
