Perimenopause/Menopause Chat Group

This is simply a chance for women to come together in a safe space to share and talk about perimenoause, menopause and post menopause.  This time of life for some women can feel extremely isolating, overwhelming and frightening due to the many symptoms that can arise from hormone depletion.  There can also be many empowering things that come along at this time as well, our hope is that by coming together and sharing together we can help support each other.

This is a space for women of all ages, although the focus is the menopausal years we hope we can welcome women at any age that want to understand maybe what to expect or share their hormonal journey so far.  

We will provide hot drinks, blankets and a welcoming atmosphere!
