Selkie Women Skye Beach Clean

We're collaborating with Skye Beach Cleans and organising a Selkie Womens day out in the elements to try and help the mounting waste at Camas Malag beach, near Kilbride.  Emily from Skye Beach Cleans has arranged for us to have a skip nearby so we can really get to work on the plastic debris problem.

We will be providing hot drinks and a small snack and welcome women to come along at anytime from 10am - 3pm.  If you have gloves and an old sack/bag then please bring them along, also if anyone can help with transporting rubbish to the skip via car/trailer/4x4/quad bike then please let us know.

It is of course a changable time of year, so please make sure you're well wrapped up and waterproofs are advisable.  If you would like to bring your child along with you then they are more than welcome!

At Camas Malag there is limited parking, if you are able to car share then that would be great.  Please also be aware that the road down to the beach is quite rough, but is accessible if taken slowly.
