I am an Empowerment Coach with a particular focus in guiding women through transformative life phases. With over 12 years’ experience as an occupational therapist, I offer a unique blend of professional rigour and personal insight. Having managed a business, navigated divorce, and switched careers internationally, I understand personal and professional complexity firsthand.
Whether it’s a promotion, divorce, childbirth, or a career transition, I’m here to help you shift from overwhelm and uncertainty to clarity and calm. My aim is to support women to reconnect with their inner knowing, enabling them to step into the next life chapter with ease.
I’m a certified Integral Practitioner Coach (ICF, 2023) and have a degree in Occupational Therapy (2010) as well as a postgraduate diploma in vocational rehabilitation (2014).
Services include personalised coaching sessions and tools like the Sensory Intelligence Matrix and Enneagram for individual growth.
Based in Edinburgh, I offer both online and in-person sessions.
